Introduction: AAC cutting machine is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete with annual capacity of 50,000 m3 to 200,000 m3. Its absolutely necessary for promoting the production capacity and quality.Cutting machine series produced by our factory, can accomplish six-side cutting in one step, without the second lifting. Through having gone on technical reforming, our AAC cutting machine has stable performance and high efficient working, and it boasts by our customers. Working Theory : The aerated concrete body and the bottom plate are put on the overturn table and moved to the slip table of cutting machine, then they are turned by 90 degree, and the body is moved to the destination. The body is cut in four sides horizontally, and then cut in two sides vertically. The cut body moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90 degreeso that it is put on the overturn table. The whole cutting process is automatic. Advantages: 1.Compact structure, easy operation and maintenance; 2.Cross cutting and vertical cutting finished once; 3.6-side cutting of the blank, product precision in accordance with GB/T 11969-1997; 4.All waste materials shall be reclaimed, by which secondary pollution will not be resulted in; 5.Blank not conglutinated; 6.Lead screw drive used in cross-section cut, solving out-of-step of fluid drive; 7.Big pulley cart, small pulley cart used to promote and to install gears, rack solution of sync problem; 8.With equipments to replace steel wire rapidly; 9.No bowtie and crack.
